SYPHON consists of two overlapping containers of various shapes, supported by a support. Our siphon is two superimposed spheres. Below the lower one is an alcohol stove. The upper glass sphere has a tube that ends in the lower sphere, through this tube in the first phase the hot water rises in the upper sphere, while in the second phase the coffee (drink) descends in the lower sphere. In the upper sphere there is a filter which prevents the ground coffee from reaching the lower sphere and mixing with the coffee (beverage).
FRENCH PRESS consists of a cylindrical glass jug with a handle and a plunger. The plunger is made up of a rod with a knob at one end and a metal mesh filter on the other that adheres perfectly to the inner walls of the jug. . The rod goes through the lid of the carafe.
V 60 is composed of a V-shaped upper cone where the sides form a 60° angle which rests on a jug. The paper filter is placed inside the upper cone. The cone can have a lower valve which regulates the percolation flow and, if completely closed, regulates the infusion times.
CHEMEX has the shape of an hourglass, the paper filter must be placed in the upper part. In the narrow part there is a wooden ring held by a leather strap which is used to take the coffee pot without getting burned. Operation is similar to the V 60.
AEROPRESS is made of plastic, formed by a piston and a cylinder. The paper filter is applied to one end of the cylinder.
COLD BREW is a three tier structure. In the upper level there is a tank that contains water and ice which has a small valve in the lower part that regulates the flow of water. In the middle level there is a cylinder that contains a paper filter on which to place the ground coffee. In the lower part of the cylinder there is an outlet for the coffee. In the lower tier there is a jug that collects the coffee (drink).
